Product Information Accuracy
Shift Lab PCs strives to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, discrepancies may occur. Customers are advised to review item descriptions carefully. Shift Lab PCs is not liable for any mismatched product pictures or errors in product information.

Independent Treatment of Multiple Items
In the event of a multi-item purchase, each item shall be treated independently concerning returns, warranties, and cancellations.

Shipping Cost Non-Refundable
Once an order has shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable, even in cases of delays.

Customer Responsibility for Order Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping, billing, and item details are correct. Shift Lab PCs is not responsible for any fees or taxes associated with your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us immediately. Do not place multiple orders to avoid multiple charges and restocking fees.

Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations must be made via phone or email with an authorized representative. Cancellations are subject to a 4% credit card fee and a 10% restocking fee. Orders using custom components not shown in our builds or built through the 'Request a Build' page will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Trademark Usage
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on the Shift Lab PCs website are the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.

Payment Agreement
By making a purchase, the customer agrees to pay all applicable fees, taxes, shipping, and handling charges related to the purchase on their account by authorized users.

Shipping Locations
Shift Lab PCs ships to any physical address within the United States. Customers are responsible for any unknown fees associated with shipment due to their place of residency.

Shipping Timeline
Products are shipped only once a build is complete, which can take up to 14 days. Although we strive to ship within 7 days, this timeframe ensures all products are in stock and assembled properly.

Shipping Delays and Liability
Once an order is shipped, it is the courier's responsibility. Shift Lab PCs cannot halt a shipment once dispatched. In the event of a lost or damaged package, a replacement will not be issued until the courier confirms the package is lost or damaged and reimburses Shift Lab PCs. Signature requirements upon delivery may cause delays. If you choose not to sign for your package, you assume full responsibility for the package, and Shift Lab PCs will not entertain a refund for a missing or stolen product.

Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or phone order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Shift Lab PCs reserves the right to accept or decline any order at any time after receipt of your order for any reason.

Limitation of Liability
The sole and exclusive maximum liability of Shift Lab PCs arising from any product sold shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Shift Lab PCs, its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, or representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.

Returns and Refunds
To receive a refund, a request must be made within 10 days of receiving the computer. Any computer owned longer than 10 days is not eligible for a full refund. Refunds are issued for the sale amount, excluding shipping and taxes. A 10% restocking fee applies unless there is defective hardware inside the computer, verified by Shift Lab PCs or a third party. This policy does not cover damage during shipping. If your PC arrives damaged, photographic evidence must be provided within 2 days of receipt. Shift Lab PCs does not offer refunds for buyer's remorse. If your PC arrives in working condition and you still wish to return it, you will be responsible for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. Shift Lab PCs is not liable for any damage during return transit. Ensure all personal data is removed from the computer before returning; Shift Lab PCs is not liable for any lost data or misuse of data on returned computers.

Warranty
Shift Lab PCs will cover shipping costs for any defective product within the first 10 days of arrival. Photographic evidence may be required. If a component is defective, a replacement will be requested. Once the replacement is received, the PC will be shipped back to you. Similar products may be used if the original product is out of stock or outdated. If a specific product replacement is desired, please indicate so on the return form.

Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused and returned to Shift Lab PCs, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
