Shipping Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

At Shift Lab PCs, we build each PC to order, ensuring your system is tailored to your specifications and quality expectations.

1. Where We Ship

We ship to any physical address in the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, fees, or regulations based on their location.

 

2. How We Ship

  • All PCs are shipped after the build is complete.

  • Build time can take up to 14 business days, depending on part availability.

  • We aim to ship within 7 business days, but delays may occur if components need to be ordered.

  • All PCs are double boxed and packed with Instapak to ensure protection.

 

3. Shipping Methods

  • Carriers: UPS, FedEx, or similar services.

  • Most shipments require a signature upon delivery.

    • If you waive this, you are fully responsible for loss or theft. No refunds will be issued.

 

4. Shipping Delays & Responsibility

  • Once the product leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

  • If a package is lost or damaged:

    • We will assist in filing a claim.

    • A replacement will not be sent until the carrier confirms the package is lost/damaged and reimburses us.

 

5. Refused Shipments

  • Refused shipments returned to Shift Lab PCs will incur a 25% restocking fee.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
