Shift Lab PCs wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Return Window

You must request a return within 10 days of receiving your PC. After 10 days, the product is no longer eligible for a full refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Returns must be in original condition.

  • Refunds are for the product cost only, excluding shipping and taxes.

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to standard returns.

 

3. Defective Products

If your computer has hardware-related stability or performance issues, you may be eligible for a refund without the standard restocking fee. Verification by Shift Lab PCs or an approved third party is required to determine if the issue stems from internal hardware, not software (OS, drivers, etc.).

4. Shipping Damage

  • If your PC arrives damaged, you must email us photo evidence within 2 days of receiving the shipment.

  • We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and may issue a replacement if eligible.

 

5. Buyer's Remorse

  • Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse.

  • If the PC is fully functional and you still wish to return it, a 25% restocking fee applies.

  • You are responsible for return shipping.

  • Shift Lab PCs is not liable for damage during return shipping.

 

6. Return Procedure

  • Contact us before initiating a return.

  • Remove all personal and confidential information.

  • Shift Lab PCs is not responsible for any lost or misused data on returned systems.
